Why isn't the scent throw as strong as the candles from retail stores?
We use natural soy wax which means the scent throw isn't as strong as commercial candles. Big branded companies mass produce their candles using paraffin wax, hence why the scent throw is always stronger.
As our candles are made to order, we recommend that you wait at least a week before burning to ensure optimal scent throw.

What's the difference between soy and paraffin wax?
Soy wax is an all natural by-product of soybeans, which makes it safer to burn. Paraffin wax is obtained from petroleum, meaning it can produce toxic fumes.
Why isn't there a smooth reset after each burn?
Using soy wax can cause visual imperfections but this does not impact the performance of the candle itself.
